While my focus is shifting toward teaching, I still work with a small number of freelance clients when the fit is right for us both and I can add real value!
Whether you’re working with me for the first time or the hundredth, any project valued at £300 or more will begin with a free consultation, followed by a formal quote, contract, and deposit, as outlined below.
Projects under £300 are billed in full on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Book a Free Consultation
We can either meet at a local coffee-shop (if you are in or near the Milton Keynes area), or we can arrange a video call to go through your project requirements in detail.
I will then offer you a fixed-price quote based on the agreed scope of work, and a timeline for delivery, which will be subject to you fulfilling any pre-requisites we agree upon (such as providing content, images, or access to existing systems).
You sign the project agreement and pay a 40% deposit to secure your project in my schedule. We agree on a start date, and I begin work on your project according to the agreed timeline.
Regular updates will be provided throughout the project, and I will seek your feedback at key milestones to ensure we are aligned.
Once the project is nearing completion, we will conduct a thorough review to ensure everything meets your expectations. Any final adjustments or tweaks will be made at this stage. 30% of the total project cost will be due at this point as the majority of the work will have been completed. Any agreed upon tweaks or changes will then take place prior to launch.
Your website goes live at an agreed time, or your marketing campaign is launched. I will provide you with all necessary documentation, training, and support to ensure you are comfortable managing your new digital assets. The final 30% of the project cost will be due upon successful launch and you will be asked to sign off on the completed project.
From this point forward, your business will move onto my standard support and maintenance packages, or ad-hoc support as required.
For the first 3 months, I provide you with one hours support, free-of-charge to help you get used to managing your new website or digital marketing systems.
After this, we can discuss ongoing support and maintenance packages to ensure your digital assets remain up-to-date, secure, and effective.
Your website hosting is included in the project cost for the first 12 months, after which you can choose to continue hosting with me at a competitive rate, or migrate to your own preferred hosting provider.
Any further training or work on your site, will be classed as another project and quoted separately, and will follow the same project process as above.
An inidication of my standard freelance rates for common services I provide are shown below but are not lmited to those seen. After 27 years in the industry, I can litterally jump from editing videos, design graphics, code websites, print your marketing literature, integrate third-party software and train you/your staff on your business digital marketing strategy, sales funnel proccess and email marketing campaigns. I don't do SEO, but other then that all projects are quoted on a fixed-price basis, based on the agreed scope of work, so you will always know the total cost upfront, with no hidden fees or surprises.
